Jill Fleming MS, E-RYT


Jill Fleming, MS, E-RYT,  is the founder and director of BERKCIRQUE - Circus School of the Berkshires, a place for  people of all ages and abilities to take healthy risks. BERKCIRQUE opened its multi-colored doors in 2015,  for students to learn aerial yoga, acrobatics, clowning, circus balancing, juggling and aerial arts in year-round, weekly classes, workshops and camps. Jill is a lover of life and is passionate about helping people find joy in their bodies. She has created many circus presentations for delighted audiences over the past 25 years. A 1000-hour professional-level, Kripalu-trained yoga instructor and fitness trainer with extensive knowledge of anatomy/ physiology, Jill has completed 150 triathlons over the course of 25 years while remaining injury-free by maintaining a consistent and disciplined yoga practice.  Ultimately she took her yoga  into the air! Jill leads aerial yoga immersions and teacher trainings at BERKCIRQUE and as a guest instructor around the world.  However her most grounding practice is being in nature daily. Jill offers week long circus artist in residency programs in schools throughout New England. When she is older, Jill envisions adventures with her husband and their 2 dogs in their Airstream, championing physical wellbeing and vitality by teaching circus arts and yoga to retirees around the country. Proud mother of three amazing adult children who juggle, Jill is a member of the American Youth Circus Organization, a family of circus artists.
