If aerial FABRIC is your passion this class is for you!

Students will learn the Basics and beyond of Aerial fabric and lyra including fluid transitional poses. The focus will be on conditioning, building strength, flexibility, and flow. There’ll also be time set aside for those who want to create a short performance piece or “circus act” during the 6-week session to be performed with music at the last class.
